Eating almonds first in the morning will balance the acidity and ulcer. There is no harm eating raw almonds but to get the best results is advised to soak them in water.

Almonds contains tannin and tannin is not so good for our body. Because tannin hinders absorption of the vitamins and minerals that are present in the almonds. So, when we soak in the water the tannin will be resolved in the water and gets removed from almonds. Hence our body can absorb more minerals and vitamins from the almond if we eat soaked almonds.

The people who have allergy for almonds should avoid almonds. People having high blood pressure problem should avoid the almonds.
People who are having kidney stone or gas balder issue should not consume almonds also people with digestion problems should not consume almonds.
